UFC 116: Lesnar is the favorite against Carwin

On July 3 in the UFC 116 is it time for these giants that make up who is the world's best heavyweights. Lesnar has a small advantage in length and scope of Carwin, but otherwise these giants are pretty equal in the physical except that Carwin has more fists than Brock. This game is predicted to be the largest in years and given long already July 3?

Shane Carwin finally gets his chance to face Brock Lesnar current UFC's heavyweight title in UFC 116 July 3. As you will recall, was originally to have met in the UFC 106 in November last year but fell ill p.ga to Lesnar in a severe gastric so they had to postpone it until further notice.

Lesnar and Carwin has a lot in common actually:
- They have, before they meet, finished Frank Mir in a brutal way to say the least
- They are physically equal terms
- Both are good wrestlers and, of course, strong as oxen

Lesnars record is now 4-1 and has impressed me right after his first loss came against Frank Mir. Carwin has an appalling record of 12-0 with all matches completed in the first round. Lesnar is currently tilted favorite with odds -200 and Carwin has 160th

Otherwise, Lesnar is known for its hype chat ahead of their matches, it comes naturally to him from his time in WWE. Carwin is his contrast and like as he himself says' do the talking in the ring ". They got the chance to meet in the Octagon for UFC 111 where Lesnar tried to pull a bit of Carwin the trash talk but Carwin was not to be tempted. He says he wants to be remembered for what he is doing in the ring and not on their bullshit, and I just had to say sounds very good.

It will unleash the primal force in this match, was so sure of that. Exciting!

UFC 112 - performance, bonuses, conference

Behind us is the first ever UFC event in the United Arab Emirates. Behind us are two more fights for the top trophies - the championship belt and a lightweight belt. After the first UFC event was held outdoors in the Ferrari World Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

In the first duel for the championship division fought 155 current champion BJ Penn and challenger Frankie Edgar. The Answer from the first minute he became known for its incredible mobility . Edgar was also the first player in lightweight, who performed the Takedown Pennie effective. BJ Penn has consistently, however, seemed to be, controlled the fight by asking for more celniejszych beats. The whole encounter lasted the full five rounds and when it came to the decision of judges seemed to be quietly BJ Penn defended his title. But nothing further from the truth, the judges, once again, however, saw it differently to win unanimously punktując Frankie Edgar, who thus became the new UFC lightweight champion. While the duel was indeed aligned with a predominance of BJ Penn, that one of the judges scoring 50-45 for Frankie Edgar seems to be at least a scandal.

A duel of the evening, which was the title of the division rate was also 185 for a distance of five rounds. In this battle we had to deal with the situation radically different. Anderson Silva in a confrontation with Demian Maia showed how much I respect the opponent, the federation and its fans so that makes a living. Spider behavior during the fight can not be compared to anything else so far we have seen in octagonie. Silva gestures insulted his countryman, knelt, and sometimes even perform the steps of the famous Brazilian Copeiry. Anderson Silva was by far the better player in this duel and won by unanimous decision, but the style of this victory clearly skwitował at a press conference after the ceremony UFC president Dana White - I do not want to watch these fights. It was embarrassing and I apologize to you for that. In all my 10 - year adventure in the sport have not seen anything like this. Anderson Silva may be the first champion, which will see the fight outside the main card. -

At UFC 112 also saw a duel MMA legends. Debuting in the Ultimate Fighting Championschip, 43-year-old Renzo Gracie, met in the future octagonie Hall of Fame member of the federation, the former owner of the waist Matt Hughes welterweight division. Hughes was far better at winning this duel him by TKO at 20 seconds before the end of 3rd clash and the whole fight.

Below the full results of the gala. Additional bonuses for KO, submission and fight night received DaMarques Johnson, Rafael Dos Anjos and Mark Munoz and Kendall Grove.

At a press conference after the ceremony appeared in addition to Dana White, inter alia, Anderson Silva, Matt Hughes, Frankie Edgar. Silva explained and apologized for his behavior but he is so little honest and convincing way that there was probably room for someone who has given faith to his words. Dana White also stressed that the outcome of the fight vs. Penn. Edgar was controversial and that in the near future we can expect revenge.
